For your convenience Melrose offers Layaways on all merchandise except “00” ending clearance. The maximum layaway period is 60 days. The minimum down payment will be 20% of the total placed in Layaway. Subsequent payments must be made every 14 days. In the event scheduled payments are not completed the merchandise will be returned to stock. Deposits on unclaimed merchandise will be returned to the customer in the form of a gift card.
In the event of a layaway cancellation, a $12 fee will be deducted from the total, which includes a $10 cancellation fee and a $2 processing fee. For complete terms and conditions see the Layaway receipt.
